Job description
Lead strategic, cross-functional projects as part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, transferring medical devices from R&D to manufacturing. Full responsibility for planning, controlling, and executing NPI activities, collecting data and tracking ongoing progress, while maintaining continuous communication with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams in Israel and abroad.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end management of R&D to manufacturing transfer processes for multidisciplinary products
- Lead matrix teams and drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Implement and improve NPI processes, identify bottlenecks, and provide engineering solutions
- Analyze data, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to management
- Maintain ongoing communication with company sites in Israel and overseas
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical Engineering, Practical Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or another relevant field
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects
- Experience with R&D to manufacturing transfer processes or manufacturing project management
- Experience in process improvement and leading engineering teams
- Significant advantage: experience in the medical device industry
- High-level English
