Location: Nationwide (Israel)

Job description
Responsible for providing service and technical support for advanced medical systems across Israel. The role includes installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of medical equipment
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and on-site visits
  • Manage service schedules and ensure full support availability
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all service activities
  • Handle returns (RMA) and manage dedicated inventory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and represent customer needs
  • Participate in product and process trainings
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements and company guidelines

Requirements

  • BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering is an advantage
  • Alternatively, a certified technician with at least 2 years of technical service experience in hospitals or the medical device field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a field role or technical service position
  • Experience in cardiology or electrophysiology is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with service management systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent organization, ability to work independently, and high-level English
  • Willingness to travel extensively nationwide
  • Valid, clean driving license
