Job description
Project Lead responsible for end-to-end ownership of the External Evaluation phase within technology projects. The role involves ongoing coordination with R&D, marketing, engineering, suppliers, and external sites in Israel and worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute External Evaluation activities in cross-functional projects
- Manage work plans with suppliers, including timelines, equipment, installations, and logistics
- Translate R&D and marketing requirements into execution plans with customer sites
- Work closely with service engineers to support equipment, installations, and technical needs
- Track equipment quality, availability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in global forums and provide regular status updates
Requirements
- BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role – mandatory
- Strong system-level perspective and ability to manage multiple interfaces
- Leadership mindset, initiative, and end-to-end process management skills
- Advantage: familiarity with PLM systems and configuration management
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Strong technical orientation and systems understanding
- High-level English – mandatory
