We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients – a global Class III medical device company based in Yokneam.
We are seeking a Hardware / System Engineer to join the company’s engineering team.*
This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex multidisciplinary medical systems, supporting products throughout their lifecycle. The role combines hands-on hardware engineering with system-level thinking, focusing on technical problem-solving, product improvements, and close collaboration with manufacturing and cross-functional engineering teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
Provide engineering support for released medical device systems throughout their lifecycle.
Investigate and resolve technical issues originating from manufacturing, subcontractors, and field performance.
Lead hardware improvements and engineering changes to enhance product reliability and performance.
Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners.
Support system integration activities and ensure robust product performance.
*Requirements*
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience in hardware or multidisciplinary systems.
Experience in production support, troubleshooting, and system integration – an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
