Radix Engineering is looking for a professional Engineering & Configuration Management Leader to join a significant technological project at a leading Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) client. The role serves as the primary engineering authority bridging the gap between R&D and production, with full responsibility for the product’s engineering file and NPI processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product configuration and implement technical documentation within company systems.
- Create Part Numbers (PNs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and build manufacturing processes in Priority ERP.
- Define, manage, and track Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
- Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) processes and provide engineering guidance to production teams.
- Author technical engineering documentation and resolve complex engineering issues for clients and suppliers.
- Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electronics – Mandatory.
- Proven experience in Configuration Management and electronic manufacturing processes.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with Priority ERP – Significant advantage.
- High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
