A global medical device company located in Yokneam is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join its team.
Job Description:
• Provide technical support and training to production lines in Israel and worldwide
• Perform installation, maintenance, and upgrades of testing and calibration systems
• Execute software upgrades and troubleshoot technical issues
• Manage the lifecycle of systems, including upgrades and end-of-life processes
• Monitor and control safety stock at customer sites
• Build and deliver annual training plans per site
• Support ongoing production, engineering, and service activities in a multidisciplinary environment
Requirements:
• B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in field service within production lines of multidisciplinary electronic systems
• Experience with testing and calibration systems – advantage
• Experience supporting medical devices – advantage
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Fast learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Independent, proactive, and service-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
