Job description
Project Lead responsible for end-to-end ownership of the External Evaluation phase within technology projects. The role involves ongoing coordination with R&D, marketing, engineering, suppliers, and external sites in Israel and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute External Evaluation activities in cross-functional projects
  • Manage work plans with suppliers, including timelines, equipment, installations, and logistics
  • Translate R&D and marketing requirements into execution plans with customer sites
  • Work closely with service engineers to support equipment, installations, and technical needs
  • Track equipment quality, availability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in global forums and provide regular status updates

Requirements

  • BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role – mandatory
  • Strong system-level perspective and ability to manage multiple interfaces
  • Leadership mindset, initiative, and end-to-end process management skills
  • Advantage: familiarity with PLM systems and configuration management
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Strong technical orientation and systems understanding
  • High-level English – mandatory
